Violin Fest 2015

This annual event is geared towards bringing orchestra and private studio teachers, high school students, and college students to the WKU campus. The Violin Fest featured masterclasses, group performances, a faculty recital, Alexander Technique classes, and special topic discussions for violinists and teachers of all ages.

Our guest faculty for Violin Fest 2015 was Mauricio Fuks, Professor of Music at Indiana University Jacobs School of Music. WKU faculty members Dr. Ching-Yi Lin and Andrew Braddock also served on the faculty of the Violin Fest.  Past Violin Fest guest faulty include Dr. Brenda Brenner and Professor Mimi Zweig.
